A. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as "Delivered" to initiate a return request.

Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Appearance: Free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant marks.

  • Packaging: Original tags must be attached and the item should be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your receipt or order confirmation email.

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a refund and sent back to you at your expense.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the mistake is ours—such as receiving a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong size/item compared to your order—we take full responsibility.

  • Pumachick covers all return shipping costs when we are at fault.

D. Exchanges

We support exchanges specifically when the issue is caused by our error (wrong item, incorrect size shipped, or defects). If you need a different size due to a personal preference change, please contact us to discuss available options.

E. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it (usually within 24 hours).

  • Approval: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • Issuance: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Timing: We process refunds within 14 calendar days of approval. Please allow your bank an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.

F. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 4 hours of placement.

  • Why 4 hours? After this window, orders often move into production or packing, making cancellation impossible.
