At Pumachick, we understand that mistakes can happen. Whether you selected the wrong size, the wrong color, or simply changed your mind, we want to help you correct it as quickly as possible. To maintain our commitment to fast and efficient fulfillment, we offer a specific window for all order adjustments.
1. The 4-Hour Adjustment Window
You have a 4-hour window from the moment your order is submitted to request any changes or a full cancellation.

Why 4 hours? Once an order is placed, it automatically enters our system for production and packing. After this period, your items may already be in the manufacturing or shipping stage, making modifications or cancellations impossible.

Eligibility: The timestamp of your email or contact form submission will be used to verify if your request falls within this 4-hour window.
2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
To ensure your request is processed before the deadline, please contact us immediately:

Required Info: Include your full name, order number, and a clear description of the adjustment needed.
3. Modifications After the 4-Hour Window
Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order is considered "In Production" or "Prepared for Shipment." At this stage:

We cannot guarantee any changes to size, color, quantity, or personalization.

If the order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for the full purchase amount.

Any further adjustments must be handled as a standard return or exchange once the item arrives at your doorstep (see our [Return & Refund Policy] for details).
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Accurate shipping information is the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your street name, apartment/suite number, and zip code before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Addresses: If a package is undeliverable due to an error in the address provided at checkout, Pumachick is not liable for the loss or delay.

Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Lost Packages: If the package is lost or unrecoverable due to an incorrect address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
5. Address Changes Post-Shipment
Once a tracking number has been issued and the package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery route. You must contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) directly to see if they offer "Package Intercept" or "Delivery Instructions" services, which may involve additional fees charged by the carrier.
